The Number Ten is the latest bespoke pool table to come from our design team and it represents quite a departure from the rest of the range, with a rustic yet highly sophisticated vibe.

Made from characterful solid oak it has a very structural feel, with the leg sections formed by powerful crossing diagonal beams to create a  pronounced ‘X’ shape at either end. The centre of the ‘X’  or axis point is anchored by an oversized and weathered iron bolt, which adds a hint of post industrial vintage chic to the piece. The pockets are made from hand stitched black leather, which complements the overall styling perfectly.

The Number Ten was designed to work particularly well in open plan living areas like warehouse apartments and loft spaces but the aesthetic looks great in any contemporary setting, especially when you take into account the many different ways in which the table can be finished. For example, a limed or ‘distressed’ oak finish would make this the perfect table for a beach house whereas warmer, natural wood tones create a more rustic feel that would look fabulous in a high end ski lodge.

The table can also be painted or lacquered if required, and like most of our bespoke pieces it can be supplied with removable integrated table tennis tops too. There’s a huge choice of cloth colours but the customisation options don’t end there, as we can produce the Number Ten in any size and even make it as a snooker table if that’s your game. 

Custom printed cloth can give the table a totally unique feel, with your own graphic or logo applied to the centre of the playing area, and it’s even possible to engrave the wooden frame with your own text. 

The Number Ten is now one of four bespoke pool tables that we manufacture to special order, and although radically different from each other in terms of style and even construction methods, what they share is an unparalleled attention to detail, a commitment to the highest possible standards, and an underlying philosophy which holds that these ‘legacy pieces’ should last a century or more with no significant signs of deterioration.

Each of them is painstakingly handmade without compromise, which is why a lead time of several months is the norm. We don’t cut corners and we don’t outsource any part of the process beyond our small but highly dependable team.
